How do I pay?


If you wish to confirm your booking you will receive a standard booking form to sign and return together with payment details. You can pay by bank transfer, Sagepay or PayPal. Your booking is only confirmed once we have the signed contract and full payment.




Do I need to add VAT to your prices?


International flights are zero rated for Vat. Domestic flights on aircraft with 10 or more seats (including the crew seats) are zero rated for Vat. Domestic flights on aircraft with less than 10 seats must have 20% Vat added. Arena's aircraft all have 10 or more seats so ALL FLIGHTS ARE ZERO RATED FOR VAT (I.e. No Vat applies). Passenger tax is included in the quoted price.




What happens if my aircraft goes tech?


Modern jets are extremely reliable, but in the unlikely event that an aircraft becomes unavailable we will either deploy a stand-by aircraft, or work with a recognised industry partner. Please refer to our standard terms and conditions via the link at the bottom of this page for more information.




Can I book you through a broker?


Arena reguarly flies trips for a number of reputable brokers, so feel free to request that Arena Jet is included on any searches your broker does for you.




Do you need my passport details?


Once we have your signed contract you will need to send us a copy of your passport/s and details of your address when travelling in or out of the UK. Your personal data is required for filing with UK Border. Arena's data storage and handling is GDPR compliant.




Can I travel with my pets?


Arena is approved to carry pets and is pleased to consider trips on a case-by-case basis. This will then allow us to factor in the breed, number of pets and proposed itinerary. If you wish to travel with pets we will call you to provide more information.




Can you arrange a pick-up service to take me to the airport?


Yes Arena can supply limos, people carriers and helicopter transfers at a very competitive rate.




What happens if I have special needs?


Arena can assist with mobility and dietary special requirements. Please let us know your needs and we will contact you.




What happens when I land?


Arena often uses an executive handling agent at most destination airports.
We will stay with you after you land until you are happy to continue on your own way. We can help book hire cars and onward transport.




Are you a CAA Approved operator and do you comply with EU directives?


Yes Arena holds both a CAA issued helicopter AOC (GB2144) and fixed wing AOC (GB2418). We are regulated and audited by the CAA on behalf of the Europe-wide safety body EASA. EU Council Regulation Number 2027/97 Air carrier liability for passengers and their baggage can be accessed though the links section below.
